Customisation
Your brand. Their gift. One memorable experience.
Branding is what separates a corporate gift from a giveaway. The skill is knowing how much of it to apply, where, and by which method — so the gift still looks like something someone would choose.
Where branding goes
Three places your identity can live
Most gifts use two of these. Using all three at once is usually a mistake.
On the product
Engraved, debossed, printed or embroidered directly onto the gift. The most permanent option, and the one to keep small — a well-placed mark reads as quality, a large one reads as merchandise.
- Laser engraving on metal, wood and bamboo
- Embroidery on apparel and bags
- Pad and UV printing on hard goods
- Blind deboss on leatherette
On the packaging
Your identity on the box, sleeve or belly band — the first thing the recipient sees, and often the better place for it when the product finish is worth leaving alone.
- Custom printed rigid boxes
- Belly bands and sleeves
- Brand colour ribbon and closures
- Printed tissue and inserts
For the individual
The part recipients remember. Names, roles, dates and messages carried through from a spreadsheet you supply, so a mass order still lands as a personal gesture.
- Individual names engraved or printed
- Personalised cards per recipient
- Milestone dates and years of service
- Handwritten notes for small lots
Customisation
Your brand. Their gift. One memorable experience.
Branding is the difference between a gift and a giveaway. We apply it at a scale that suits the object — engraved, debossed, stitched or printed — and put your identity on the packaging where a clean product finish serves you better.
Company logo branding
Your mark applied to the product, the packaging or both, at a scale chosen to suit the object rather than to fill it.
Best for: Almost every category
Laser engraving
Permanent, colourless marking on metal, wood, bamboo and leather. The most durable option and the least intrusive on a good finish.
Best for: Bottles, desk objects, awards, pens
Printing
Screen, digital, UV and pad printing across paper, board, textiles and hard goods, in your brand colours.
Best for: Boxes, sleeves, notebooks, apparel
Embroidery
Stitched branding on apparel, caps, bags and textiles — the appropriate choice where print would crack or fade.
Best for: Apparel, caps, totes, duffels
Employee name personalisation
Individual recipient names carried onto the product, the card or the packaging, from a spreadsheet you supply.
Best for: Welcome kits, anniversaries, awards
Custom packaging
Rigid boxes, inserts, fillers and closures specified for your gift rather than pulled from stock sizes.
Best for: Hampers, client gifts, launch kits
Branded sleeves & belly bands
A printed band around a plain box — the fastest and most cost-effective way to make a gift unmistakably yours.
Best for: Festive and high-volume gifting
Custom cards & notes
Printed cards carrying your message, and individually addressed notes where the list allows.
Best for: Every gift
Corporate colour matching
Packaging, ribbon and textile colours matched to your brand references and confirmed on a sample.
Best for: Client and leadership gifting
Custom hamper combinations
The contents assembled to your per-unit budget and recipient brief instead of a fixed pre-made box.
Best for: Festive and client gifting
Deboss & foil stamping
Blind deboss or metallic foil on leatherette, board and paper — restrained branding for premium pieces.
Best for: Notebooks, rigid boxes, folders
Bespoke product development
A gift designed and produced specifically for your programme rather than selected from a range.
Best for: Awards, flagship client gifts

How branding is approved
Nothing goes into production unseen
Every branded order passes through the same approval sequence, so there are no surprises when the boxes arrive.
- 01
Share your brand assets
Logo files (vector preferred), brand colour references and any guidelines you work to.
- 02
We propose the method
We recommend how branding should be applied to each item — the method that suits the material, not a default.
- 03
You approve a mock-up
A visual showing placement and scale on the actual product and packaging.
- 04
Sample where it matters
For premium, high-value or large orders, a physical sample is produced before the full run.
A note on what branding costs
Customisation is priced against the method, the quantity and the number of colours or positions, not as a flat percentage. Engraving on a small run and screen printing on a thousand units sit at opposite ends of that scale.
Two things reliably lower the cost: a single-colour mark instead of a full-colour one, and branding the packaging rather than the product. Two things reliably raise it: individual name personalisation and custom-manufactured boxes.
We include branding in the quotation rather than adding it afterwards, so the per-gift figure you approve is the figure you pay. Send your requirement and we will price the options against it.
FAQ
Customisation questions
What buyers check before committing to a branded order.
Ask us something elseYes. Logo branding is available across effectively the whole range, applied by laser engraving, printing, embroidery, deboss or foil depending on the material. We will recommend the method that suits the product rather than defaulting to one.
Yes. Individual names can be carried onto the product, the card or the packaging, taken from a spreadsheet you provide. What is possible at scale depends on the method — engraving and printed cards handle large lists comfortably.
Yes. Hampers are assembled to the per-unit budget and brief you give us, rather than sold as fixed pre-made boxes. Dietary variants — vegetarian, no-alcohol, allergen-aware — can be produced alongside the standard version.
